The undersigned releases the Professional
Karate Commission, Mr. Glenn Keeney and the staff of this
event, and the Marriott Center East of any and all liability
associated with this Event in the event of injury or personal
property which is lost, stolen or damaged. The Releasing
Party certifies that he or she is 18 year of age or older
and will participate in The PKC International Championships
martial arts tournament to be held at the Marriott East
Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, or is the
parent or guardian of the minor participant (under age
18yrs) in this event.
This is an open tournament with light to
moderate contact in all sparring/fighting divisions. If
you choose to participate in this event, injuries may
occur. Safety equipment is required in order to participate
in sparring/fighting divisions and in Self defense.
Failure to follow the rules of this Event
will result in disqualification.. It is fully understood
by the undersigned that there is some inherent risk associated
with this Event, including personal injury or death to
the participant, and damage to equipment and materials
used at and during the Event. In addition, the undersigned
certifies that he or she is a member of an established
martial art training program.
