Promotions & Upgrades

The Promotions & Upgrade Revue Board consists of the highest ranking Black Belts in the PKC. Its purpose is to give PKC Black Belt members an authentic avenue to be advanced in rank when they have met the specific requirements and have no way of advancement due to distance, separation, death (etc.) of their teachers or previous organizations If you qualify and wish to be considered for rank advancement at this years International Championships, you should contact the president of the revue board, at the address below for specifics, no later than two weeks prior to the Convention & Tournament.. |
